Certified and Affordable Training Programmed to Minimise Disruption within Your Organisation.

The Home Secretary, David Blunkett, will soon produce amendments to the law on Involuntary Manslaughter. He is set to unveil plans to introduce a new offence of Corporate Manslaughter, which will take into account the Health and Safety Executive's stance on enforcing sections 2 and 3 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. About 350 people die in work-related accidents each year and the laws would make firms accountable for those caused through management negligence.

Although documentation and procedures on Health and Safety are still a fairly weak area within most organisations, the largest contributor towards accidents and poor workmanship is lack of training. The HSWA Regulation 2 (2) (C) clearly states "Without prejudice to the generality of an employer's duty under the preceding subsection, the matters to which that duty extends include in particular the provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of his employees."

We specialise in both set and tailor made training courses, of which some may be carried out in-house, to meet the busy schedules of individual organisations.

All courses are certified with Certification i.e. Diploma, Foundation, CITB, RSH, CPD, etc.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your company's requirements and how a programme of training may be implemented to minimise disruption within your organisation whilst meeting the requirements set out within legislation.
